By accessing and using Accora, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Service Description

Accora provides intelligent accounting automation services that process financial documents and facilitate review by licensed CPAs. Our platform uses automated systems to categorize transactions, which are then reviewed by qualified professionals.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Upload only documents you have the right to process
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use the service for any unlawful purpose

4. Professional Review

While our platform automates document processing, all financial data is reviewed by licensed CPAs. However, users remain ultimately responsible for the accuracy of their financial records and compliance with tax obligations.

Intellectual Property

The Accora platform, including all software, designs, and content, is the intellectual property of Accora. You retain ownership of all data and documents you upload to the platform.

6. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

Limitation of Liability

Accora is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, you will retain access to export your data for 30 days.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malta.
